Cancellation/No-Show Policy

To help us stay on schedule and provide the best care for all patients, a same-day cancellation or no-show fee of $30 will apply to all appointments except new patient visits and sick visits.

We kindly ask patients to notify our office as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
